David Davis has as good as conceded (in politician speak) that Britain will get no trade deal with the EU in the 2 years for negotiations. Now Philip Hammond has set up the ultimate in crowdfunding with a 60bn war chest of taxpayers’ money to shore up a catastrophic Brexit.
